Dear Jerry,
I have actually been raving about US Helicopter all weekend. It is the best thing I have come across in years.
No matter how much I or my company spends on business class tickets and club memberships, the level of service and convenience continues to deteriorate. This helicopter is the first thing to come along in ages that actually made commercial travel easier and more pleasant. I can't understate what a relief it was to skip the "front" of the airport and go from quick security and transit right to my gate. The only suggestion I would have is perhaps adding a water cooler to the waitng area.
The service from the desk to the TSA to the captains was spot on, friendly and actually fun. I have recommended to our corporate travel that this become a regular option, especially as we fly American on domestic trips. In fact, I have told my EVP that we should use it next week when we fly out for the Emmys. Is there any chance that you will start flights to Terminals 1 and 2? I frequently fly Delta and Air France abroad.
I actually found out about the service from a NYT business section article and then noticed the helicopter while waiting for a flight in the Admirals Club at JFK.
In any event, thanks for starting this service and good luck...I hope that you are here to stay.
