US HELICOPTER CHECK-IN PROCEDURE
Leaving from Manhattan
When leaving from the Downtown Manhattan or East 34th Street Heliports, US Helicopter asks that you check in no later that 25 minutes prior to departure for domestic travel and 30 minutes in advance for international travel.

You must be at the heliport departure gate at least 10 minutes prior to departures for JFK and 15 minutes prior to departures for Newark Liberty or you may lose your seat.

If you are connecting from USH to an international flight, please check in 30 minutes in advance.

Flying into New York –
connecting to Manhattan
If you are flying into JFK or Newark Liberty Airport and connecting to a US Helicopter flight to Manhattan, you must check-in at US Helicopter 10 minutes prior to departures from JFK and 15 minutes prior to departures from Newark Liberty or you may lose your seat.

At JFK US Helicopter is located in the Delta Air Lines terminal 3 at Gate 11
At Newark airport US Helicopter is located at the Continental Airline terminal C gate 71.

BOARDING PROCEDURE
US Helicopter maintains an open-seating policy and specific seat numbers will not be assigned during the ticketing or check-in process. Customers may sit in any open or unclaimed seat upon boarding. Please keep in mind we only have eight seats.
